CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must send an email to the following address: info@marismasdonana.com, indicating the reservation number.

The amount will be refunded according to the following rules:

-If the reservation is canceled more than 7 days before the date of the visit, there is no charge for return cost
-If the cancellation is between seven days and 24 hours before the date of the visit, 90% of the payment made will be refunded
-If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the date of the visit will be charged 100% of the payment made
