If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must send an email to the following address: info@donana-rutas-caballo.com, indicating the reservation number.

The amount will be refunded according to the following rules:

-If the reservation is canceled more than 24 hours before the visit date, 70% of the payment will be refunded.

-If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the visit date, no refund will be granted.
