Doñana Hípica Pasodoble wants to make sure that your experience in Doñana with our company is as safe as possible. In this sense, we have implemented numerous protocols to prevent infections by Covid-19.

Both the facilities and the material are subjected to different disinfection and cleaning procedures after each route. All our staff are trained and know the measures to take to prevent infections and use protective material throughout the activity.

We ask you for your safety to follow in detail all the instructions and recommendations that we will give you during your stay with us.

In order to carry out our activity it is necessary that they come with their own masks and use them properly during the tour. The company will provide disinfectant gel at all times.

It is very important that you know that people who have had symptoms compatible with Covid19 in the last 10 days are not allowed to do the activity. To do this, they must sign a declaration of conformity before making the route.

During the 2 hours that our tour lasts, they must obligatorily attend to all the safety instructions from our staff.

The company may cancel the route at any time if a participant does not want to collaborate or if at any time someone presents symptoms compatible with the disease.

All these measures are framed within the current regulations for the prevention of the disease and following the indications of the different administrations that assist ecotourism and active tourism companies. All with the safety of everyone in mind.
