For us, safety comes first. Therefore, in order to enjoy this Active Tourism experience, the following rules of conduct must be taken into account:
1. The user shall be duly informed of the activity performed in order to be sure it is activity is you actually want to do as well as appropriate to your personal characteristics.
2. The user will get to the activities with enough time to solve any unforeseen circumstance or need. The accumulation of small delays has a direct and negative impact on safety, group harmony and good development of the activity.
3. The user will notify the activity responsible any incident occurring during travel to the activity (physical, mental or material), although they may seem insignificant, and will warn the organization in the case of being under medication that can alter their usual skills.
4. The user will pay attention to pre-activity indications provided by the organization. Especially in terms of standards, protective equipment and safety.
5. The user will deeply respect the natural environment where the activity takes place, intensifying this care in Special Environmental Protection Areas and other protected areas. No trace must be left in the natural environment. The user will also respect other groups or individuals who are in areas where the activities take place.
6. The user will wear at all times the specific equipment for the activity, paying special attention to protection and safety equipment both particular and collective, will take care of the material assigned for the activities and immediately communicate any damage or loss during the execution of the activities.
7. These are team activities, so the user will have to collaborate and help other participants and those responsible for the activity when required, and all members of the group will adapt to the level of the less physically or technically qualified team member In no case will the user assume the tasks or responsibilities of monitors, guides or instructors and will avoid arrogant or exhibitionist behaviors, which often create a bad atmosphere in the group.
8. The user shall pay due attention - throughout the development of the activity, to the instructions than can be given by the organization and will pay special attention to the monitors responsible for the activity, following all indications they provide.
9. The user - after reading carefully all instructions contained in the Decalogue, will sign a responsibility statement by which they agree to the management, dynamics and conditions of the contracted activity.
